Breakthroughs are happening every day
Being a part of Breakthrough Table has been a transformative experience for me. I joined this group to connect with likeminded individuals, engaging in deep conversations to bridge the gap between who I am today and the person I really want to be. The dedicated time within the group has provided me space to reflect deeply on the areas that truly matter in my personal and professional journey.
Through the breakthrough process, I have gained clarity by crafting a purpose statement that serves as a north star in all my choices and actions. This newfound focus has put me on a path for breakthrough and extraordinary growth. In addition, the privilege of being a part of the members at my table journeys is both an honor and a source great personal fulfillment. Making a positive impact on my own life and the lives of others in the group has been truly rewarding. I highly recommend Breakthrough Table to anyone looking for a supportive community dedicated to personal and professional growth to extraordinary.
Defining my purpose and vision brought clarity to what I wanted for my future career, aligning it with my core values. This process led me to set a clear goal, and I began visualizing myself achieving that goal and embracing success. Ultimately, I transitioned from my corporate PR job to lead a Christian nonprofit.
Are You Ready for Your Breakthrough?
Ask yourself these three questions:
1. Do you agree with this statement? “I don’t know what it is, but I know there’s a gap between who I am today and the person I really want to be.”
2. Were the things you’ve tried to achieve growth through in the past effective but fell short? Networking, coaching, peer groups, etc.
3. Is too much of your energy spent playing small? The Breakthrough definition of “stuck” is the wrestling match between the intuition that you were meant for something big (extraordinary) versus the habit you have of settling and playing small (ordinary).
